2010 Beaux Freres, Willamette Valley Pinot Noir-
Bright ruby. Bright raspberry and mulberry scents are complemented by exotic cinnamon, mace and candied rose. Juicy, focused and appealingly sweet, with potent, floral-accented red berry flavors and a suave, silky texture. The tangy, tightly focused finish shows impressive clarity and length. -91pts-
2010 Beaux Freres, The Beaux Freres Vineyard Pinot Noir-
Our vines have started to flower!
Flowering is one of many crucial times for the vine. During this time we will determine the fruit set for the 2012 vintage. In the next couple of weeks we will be watching the tiny clusters as they move through this stage.
Pictured above is Earl welcoming our next visitors, dried chamomile tea is in the center and lastly is Mike's nettle prep for the vineyard. 2012 is upon us and we are ready!
Join winemaker Michael Etzel and the Beaux Frères team on Saturday, May 19th from 10-3 showing the first glimpse of the 2011 vintage from barrel and 2010’s in bottle (plus other special wines) along with art, nibbles and souvenir Riedel-OR-PN glass. $20 per person.
